Brentwood Sustainable Reef Initiative
The Brentwood sustainable reef initiative is a reef community building initiative as well as an initiative to bring together the aquarium community with a local school. Our goal is to work with scientists, educators, aquatic industry business owners, and hobbyists to educate the local community.
Through our multi-media kiosk we have the ability to convey scientific content in a cost-effective manner. Our kiosk system is a touch-screen device in which reef observers can use to identify organisms in the reef. Our reef currently has over 25 species of vertebrates and invertebrates, all of which were raised via sustainable aquaculture.
